Every dog deserves to feel safe, loved, valued, and part of a family.
Happy Ever After Rescue Tails was created to give unwanted, abandoned, stray, and neglected dogs the second chance they deserve. Through compassionate, foster-based care, we provide a safe place where each dog can heal, grow, learn, and simply experience being loved while waiting for the family that's right for them.
We believe every dog is an individual. Whether they need time, medical care, rehabilitation, or simply someone to believe in them, we're there from the moment they enter our care until the day they're finally home.

Fosters make rescue possible
HEART is a foster-based rescue, which means every dog we take into our care needs a safe place to land while they heal, grow, and prepare for life with their future family.
Opening your home to a foster dog gives them something a shelter or kennel simply can't: the chance to experience everyday life in a home, often for the first time. It also gives HEART the ability to say “yes” when another dog needs help.
